How To Chew Mastic Gum

How to use: Hold in your mouth for 20 to 30 seconds until it softens. Chew slowly; it will start firm and become pliable.

Use it for: Strengthening jaw muscles naturally, freshening breath and supporting oral health, supporting digestion and gut health, and reducing facial puffiness. Sharpened focus during work or training.

NOTE: 
Because our gum is 100% natural, the size, shape, and hardness may vary. Softer pieces may feel sticky and should be combined with firmer ones to achieve the ideal chewing consistency. 

If you tin is left in the sun or pieces become warm, place in the fridge for 12 hours before reuse. 

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
